I would like to start out by saying how much I love your final sentence; it perfectly summarizes all the reasons why multimedia and interactive learning are so effective. As someone who is brand-new to taking classes online, I enjoyed hearing about your experience with taking math online and how great Khan Academy was for you. It is very helpful to hear about resources and methods of supplemental learning, especially at a time like this, because we as future teachers need to think about not only our own learning, but how learning my be permanently effected for our future students. With school being online for so many students I have spent a lot of time questioning how education may change and how collecting multimedia resources, particularly online ones, may become extremely important. I also wonder if school every has to go online again in the future, would teachers such as yourself who have taken online courses prior to post secondary be more prepared to better support their students? The world is changing at an incredibly fast pace and I have a feeling an past experience is going to be an asset.
